Firefox…wasn’t that Clint Eastwood?

Published by Booyor under Uncategorized

So…perhaps the browser does not read my mind like the famed jet (yeah, Stealth, you’re not cool), but I do like its RSS feeds. Now I can read MVP or the Futile Ohm with ease.

That reminds me…I should put a logo up…

Update:
I got the Gooooogle Ads working. Yeah, Sellout.
(He’s the new character of The Realm.)
I heartily support these ads. The first one that popped up on my site was about a simulation cattery. Yeah…cattery.

Now radio is cool again!

Published by Booyor under Uncategorized

I used to tape the radio on an old boom box that was modeled after Soundwave from Transformers.
More than mizeets the eye!
I can still remember the tapes that I made, including the one with “Take a walk on the wild side (doo doo doo)”. Yeah, I didn’t know what the lyrics meant.

Well, through the use of winamp 5.1 from www.winamp.com and a plugin called streamripper from http://streamripper.sourceforge.net/, I can record radio again. Now, though, I have CD quality sound and it sorts the songs by artist. Pretty cool.

Y’all probably knew how to do this already, but I’m pretty excited.

Addendum: I won another game. Booyor’s Therions are now 2-8 in Fantasy Football. (I beat the Schultz.)
Hi five, guys! Yeah! Yeah!
“Up high! Down low!”

The Mouse that Roared

Published by Booyor under Uncategorized

I had heard about the play and I am a fan of the Marx Brothers’ movie Duck Soup, but I had not known about the movie.

Very funny stuff. A small, small, small country has lost most of its money. They used to export Fenwick wine, but ever since a C alifornia grower started producing Enwick wine, they are in financial crisis.

The Grand Duchy of Fenwick decides to go to war with the United States.

They will lose (their army consists of 20 villagers dressed in chainmail with longbows) and the US will foot the bill for rebuilding their country.
Peter Sellers plays many different roles, including the Grand Duchess of Fenwick.

On the topic of government overthrows, be looking for The Veritas Device, a film starring Teddi Rose and The Futile Ohm.

If only Ohmer could give me some cast photos to post…
Not Dr. Strangelove

Addendum: I think I may have beaten Schultz at Fantasy Football.

Feel the Power!

Of Battlefront II
Awemogrimous! Simply fantubufying! I still have not explored half of the game options. Hunt, being ewoks taking on the stormtroopers, is hilarious. “Spear to head!”

Of Slacking
The week that I said, “Forget this go se! I’m not even looking at Yahoo! Sports” is the week that I win a game of Fantasy Football. Laissez faire and all that, what what.

Of Pie
My sister-in-law won the pie eating contest for the state fair this year. She is not a big fat guy. She actually used to be a runner and still has the runner body type.

Of Music
I’m working on some musical numbers for a spy musical. Post your ideas here.

Of Dr.McNinja
I would be a fool to try to put words to this.
