I have a new favorite co-worker. We were talking about TV shows, and she asked if I watched Lost. I said no, but I watched part of last night to see Nathan Fillion. She asked who he played, and I didn’t know the character’s name, so she asked a couple of people. “Does he play Jack? Sawyer?”
Then there was a moment’s pause, and she suddenly looked at me. “Wait, Mal?” It was awesome.
Also, she said this about me: “See, I can actually have fun when you’re at work, because you’re normal. Ish. Normal-ish.”
Huzzah to those of us who are normal-normal-ish!
(I think by ‘Huzzah’ing I kinda jinxed that.)
