4:45am sprained ankle while filming sunrise at church

6:05am after finishing journaling, filming, and working on a story, driving back home (to a curious glance from the community life pastor showing up to work)

10:00am woke up very in debt to my wife who let me sleep in

10:01am realized I should have put ice on my ankle before falling asleep

10:02am collapsed on couch

10:03am wife touched swollen ankle (irony from a pregnant lady) and given ice

10:05am ate leftover pancakes made by loving wife; still on couch

10:30am got 3 year-old to bring me laptop

10:31am checked RSS feeds

10:35am decided to catalog the experience for the inspiration of others

10:36am realized the story wasn’t that inspiring

10:44am laughed while I still hit publish

1:30pm went crazy from too many episodes of Tale Spin

1:41pm e-mailed business card that I made in Illustrator for my wife

5:34pm finished uploading new look to booyor.inlawfilms.com

Booyor the iPhone Warrior Barbarian Freak

5:43pm submitted re-vamped podcast to iTunes hoping to get subscribers

8:54pm looked up showtimes to see Transformers with Mike

8:58pm marveled at how many politicos are trying to use tech, like Ron Paul on myspace and Barack Obama’s Yahoo! Answers question: How can we get more people involved in the democratic process? Surprisingly, a mom answered. She mentioned her kids, NASCAR, and apple pie, I think.

9:05pm Ron Paul iPhone? That’s funny.
