Now that's a book. I'll also add to the table Rising Sun. It was the first to get me to ask, "Is that Photoshopped?" Think about how that's a part of culture right now, but not so much back then. (More "That's a flying pie tin and not a UFO" camera tricks; not so much digital tomfoolery.)
