With my latest post I got an interesting comment that’s waiting to be approved or not. SPAM commenters are usually pretty obvious, with their promises of home loans and how money can be made through near-Nike replicas. But with this one, I can’t tell if someone typed it in or not.
Here’s the plan. I’ll post a copy of it and you vote for whether it’s SPAM or not by leaving a comment. (You know, if you’re already an approved commenter and all that. SPAMmers, you get no vote.)
The original comment is as follows:
I’m not SPAM, I’m Cholera. CHOLERA!
I came to the Valley Of the Surface Of The Sun 31 years ago waving the prog – rock flag.
Then I got tired of listening to commercials with music thrown in as filler.
Then the jazz station that hit he up for money sent me a revised schedule chock full of notjazz (KJZZ still has a great blues show at 6pm Sunday nights)
Then the computer came and assimilated me.
Then PANDORA.
end of line
Though I’m really curious how mt “Thievery Corporation Radio” , chosen for its preoccupation with trip – hop, morphed into DJ Tiesto on the jackhammer every sixth cut. -, that ‘s annoying. Get off my lawn!
SPAM or not? You make the call. It’s a game I like to call “Are You Smarter than a SPAMmer?”

Hmm, I’m leaning towards “not spam,” but I’m still confused by it.
Not spam…it’s entertaining. I wish I posted it.
Here’s a comment, links removed, to this very post:
Lots of specialists claim that loans help a lot of people to live their own way, just because they are able to feel free to buy necessary stuff. Furthermore, some banks give sba loan for young and old people.
First time I read it, I thought it said ‘socialists’ instead of ‘specialists’.
