Short Story Help

I do have an agent looking at the novel right now, but, in my research about getting published, one of the things agents mention is that it’s easier to market you as an author if you have already been published. Tor books is one of the only national publishing houses that will look at you if you’re unpublished. Most will only speak to an agent.

Where people are more open to new authors is magazines. I have a few in mind and I have a story to send off. If you’d like to read it, leave a comment and I’ll e-mail it to you. I know that people who read check out this bloggh (it’s funny to think of non-readers checking a blog, but whatever) and might appreciate the weirdness that is Hiccup.
